Here’s how it works
1. Purchase your Travel Confidence Review
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you simple instructions on how to submit your itinerary and any supporting documents.
2. Send us your plans
Whether it’s a Word document, PDF, spreadsheet or detailed notes, send us everything you’ve put together so far.
3. We review everything within 72 hours
We’ll carefully assess your itinerary, checking things such as:
- Route and travel flow
- Flight, train and transfer timings
- Accommodation choices and locations
- Pace of your trip
- Potential logistical issues
- Visa or entry considerations where relevant
- Opportunities to save money, reduce stress or improve your experience
4. Receive your reviewed itinerary
We’ll return your original document with our comments, suggestions and recommendations clearly marked, along with any additional notes we think will help.
5. 30-minute debrief call
We’ll then arrange a 30-minute video or phone call to talk through our findings, answer your questions and make sure you’re completely confident before you book.
