Please read them carefully before using the website, purchasing a digital product or booking a travel-planning service.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must not:
- Use the website in an unlawful or fraudulent way
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another user’s account
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or suspected misuse.
3. Information on our website
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on Nadam Travels is accurate and up to date. However, travel information can change quickly.
Prices, visa requirements, entry rules, transport schedules, opening times, safety information, weather conditions and availability may change after content is published.
Our website content is provided for general information and inspiration. It should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, immigration or other professional advice.
You are responsible for checking current information with the appropriate official authorities and service providers before making travel arrangements.
4. Travel decisions and safety
Travel involves risks that vary according to the destination, activity and individual traveller.
You remain responsible for:
- Deciding whether a destination or activity is suitable for you
- Checking official travel advice and entry requirements
- Obtaining passports, visas and necessary permissions
- Arranging appropriate travel insurance
- Checking health and vaccination requirements
- Confirming transport and accommodation details
- Following local laws and safety instructions
- Assessing the suitability of activities for children or other travellers
We cannot guarantee that your experience will be identical to ours or that a destination, provider or activity will meet your personal expectations.
5. Products and services
We may offer:
- Downloadable guides, ebooks, workbooks or other digital content
- Personalised travel-planning services
- Other products or services described on the website
The description, price and main features of each product or service will be displayed before you place your order.
We may update, withdraw or change products and services at any time. Changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted unless agreed with you or required by law.
6. Placing an order
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review and correct it.
Your order is an offer to purchase the selected product or service. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order-confirmation email or otherwise confirm that we have accepted your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- Payment has not been authorised
- The product or service is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or description error
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
- We cannot lawfully provide the product or service
- You have not provided information needed to complete the order
Where we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid unless the payment must lawfully be withheld.
Online businesses must provide required information before purchase and confirm the contract in a durable format, such as an email the customer can retain.
7. Prices and payment
Prices will be displayed on the website in the stated currency.
The total price payable will be shown before you complete checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, prices include any applicable taxes for which we are responsible.
Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank, card provider or currency-conversion provider.
8. Digital products
Digital products may include downloadable guides, ebooks, templates, workbooks or similar material.
Digital products are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You must not:
- Share your download with other people
- Upload it to a shared drive, website or social-media platform
- Resell, redistribute or give away the product
- Reproduce substantial parts of it
- Alter and sell it as your own work
- Use it to create a competing product or service
A purchase gives you a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to use the product. Ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to you.
9. Delivery of digital products
Digital products will normally be supplied:
- Through an immediate download link
- Through a link sent by email
- Through your customer account
- By another method stated on the product page
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that your device can open the stated file format.
Please check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not arrive.
Contact us if you experience a genuine technical problem accessing the product, and we will take reasonable steps to assist you.
10. Cancellation rights for digital products
Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online contracts. However, digital content may be supplied immediately where the customer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges that the right to cancel will be lost once the download or access begins.
Where you request immediate access to a digital product, you will be asked to confirm wording substantially similar to:
I expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately and acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download or access begins.
Once the download or access has begun following that consent and acknowledgement, you will no longer have the usual right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights where the digital product is faulty, not as described or does not meet the standards required by law. Digital content supplied to consumers is covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where you have not expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right, your statutory cancellation rights will continue to apply.
11. Refunds for digital products
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, we do not generally offer change-of-mind refunds after access has begun where you validly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right.
We will consider a refund or other appropriate remedy where:
- You were charged more than once
- You did not receive the product and we cannot resolve the issue
- The file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement
- The product is materially different from its description
- A refund or remedy is required by law
Nothing in this section excludes your statutory consumer rights. Terms that attempt to remove responsibility for faulty or misdescribed products may be unenforceable.
12. Travel-planning services
Our travel-planning service may include personalised research, suggestions, itineraries, accommodation ideas, transport options, activity recommendations or other features described when you order.
The exact scope, price and anticipated delivery date will be confirmed before work begins.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we provide research, planning and recommendations only.
We are not ordinarily acting as:
- A travel agent
- A tour operator
- An accommodation provider
- A transport provider
- An insurer
- The organiser of a package holiday
- The supplier of any third-party travel service
You normally enter into contracts directly with airlines, hotels, booking platforms, activity providers and other third parties.
We do not hold or control third-party availability and cannot guarantee that a suggested price, route, room or activity will remain available.
13. Information required for travel planning
You must provide accurate, complete and timely information reasonably required to provide the service.
This may include:
- Travel dates
- Departure points and destinations
- Number and ages of travellers
- Budget
- Interests and preferences
- Accessibility requirements
- Relevant dietary requirements
- Passport nationality where necessary to identify entry information
You are responsible for reviewing the completed plan and checking all important details before booking.
We will not be responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by you.
14. Revisions to travel plans
The number of revisions included in your service will be stated on the product or service page or agreed with you before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the price includes 5 reasonable revision(s) requested within 7 days of delivery.
Requests that substantially change the original brief, destination, dates, budget or number of travellers may require an additional fee. We will explain any extra cost before completing further work.
15. Delivery times for travel-planning services
We will provide an estimated delivery date before or shortly after accepting your order.
Any stated delivery time is an estimate unless we expressly agree that it is a firm deadline.
We will contact you where we expect a significant delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to provide required information or respond to reasonable questions.
16. Cancellation of travel-planning services
For most services purchased online, consumers normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel.
You may cancel within this period by contacting us clearly by email.
Where you ask us to begin work during the 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked to confirm wording substantially similar to:
I expressly request that Nadam Travels begins providing the service during my 14-day cancellation period. I understand that, if I cancel after work has begun, I may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided. If the service is completed in full, I understand that I will lose my right to cancel.
If you cancel after expressly requesting an early start, we may deduct or charge a reasonable proportion of the agreed price reflecting the work completed before cancellation.
Where the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may be lost.
If you did not ask us to begin early, we will ordinarily wait until the cancellation period has expired before starting work.
17. Cancellations outside the statutory period
After the statutory cancellation period has ended, any refund for a travel-planning service will depend on how much work has already been completed.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- If no substantive work has begun, we may offer a refund less any reasonable non-recoverable costs
- If work has begun, we may retain a proportionate amount for work completed
- If the plan has been substantially or fully completed, the fee will normally be non-refundable
We will always apply this section reasonably and consistently with your statutory rights.
18. Quality of travel-planning services
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
Please contact us promptly if you believe the service does not match what was agreed. Where legally appropriate, we may:
- Correct the issue
- Repeat part of the service
- Provide missing agreed work
- Offer an appropriate price reduction
- Provide another remedy required by law
Nothing in these terms removes your rights under consumer law.
19. Bookings made using our recommendations
You are responsible for deciding whether to make any suggested booking.
Before paying a third party, you should confirm:
- The final price and currency
- Cancellation and refund terms
- Room or ticket details
- Baggage allowances
- Transfer arrangements
- Age restrictions
- Accessibility
- Visa and entry requirements
- Insurance requirements
- The identity and reliability of the supplier
Any booking is subject to the third party’s own terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, insolvency, cancellation or failure of an independent third-party provider, except where the law makes us responsible.
20. Affiliate links
Some links on our website or within our content may be affiliate links.
This means we may receive a commission if you make a qualifying booking or purchase through the link. This will not normally increase the price you pay.
An affiliate relationship does not guarantee or endorse the quality, safety or suitability of a third-party product or service.
Your purchase or booking is made directly with the relevant third party and is governed by its terms.
21. Third-party links and content
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, booking platforms, videos, maps, social-media pages or other external resources.
We do not control these websites and are not responsible for:
- Their availability
- Their security
- Their content
- Their privacy practices
- Their pricing
- Their terms and conditions
- Any product or service supplied by them
A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, service or product on the external website.
22. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on Nadam Travels belongs to us or is used with permission.
This includes:
- Written articles
- Guides and ebooks
- Photographs
- Videos

- Original templates and resources
You may view the website and share links to publicly available pages for personal purposes.
You must obtain our written permission before reproducing, republishing, selling, licensing or commercially exploiting our content.
Brief quotations may be permitted where legally allowed and properly attributed.
23. User comments and submissions
Where you submit a comment, review, testimonial, image or other content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit it
- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- It does not infringe another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or obscene
- It does not contain malicious software or unauthorised advertising
You retain ownership of your original content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with Nadam Travels.
We may moderate or remove submissions where reasonably necessary.
We will seek additional permission before using a private message or customer communication as a named promotional testimonial.
24. Accounts and passwords
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect you, other users or the website.
25. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
- Internet or hosting failures
- Payment-provider outages
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Industrial action
- Transport disruption
- Serious illness
- War, civil unrest or terrorism
- Failure of an essential third-party service
Where this affects a purchased service, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and minimise the impact.
26. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited
We do not seek to exclude responsibility for digital products or services that are faulty, not as described or supplied without reasonable care and skill. Unfair exclusions of statutory responsibility cannot be enforced against consumers.
Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
We will not be responsible for a loss caused by:
- Your failure to check official travel advice or booking information
- Inaccurate information supplied by you
- A third-party provider acting independently of us
- A change in price or availability after our research was completed
- Your decision to proceed with a particular destination, booking or activity
- Failure to obtain appropriate passports, visas, insurance or permissions
27. Personal information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Cookie Policy.
Both policies should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.
28. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to:
- Our products or services
- The operation of the website
- Relevant laws or regulations
- The providers we use
The terms applying to your order will normally be those displayed when you placed it, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
29. Complaints
Please contact us if you are unhappy with a product or service.
Send your complaint to:
Email: [email protected]
Please include your name, order number and a clear description of the issue.
We will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable time and aim to resolve them fairly.
30. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
As a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which you normally live.
Any dispute may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
